Cavies  Away in a Manger
Home > Holiday Carols > Away in a Manger

Downtown in a pet shop,
In a cage all alone,
Lay a cute little piggy,
No home of her own.

Along came Kate Horner,
With her Mother and Bruv,
They scooped up the piggy,
And all fell in love.

Now all of the household,
At the first little 'Wheek',
Brings armfuls of veggies,
For the piggy to eat.

No more is she lonely,
No longer afraid,
This bossy little piggy,
Holds all humans slaves.
